When you hire All-Seasons Innkeeping as your interim innkeeper, you can be assured that your bed and breakfast or small inn is in good hands.
My qualifications to take care of your guests and property include:
- Experienced in managing properties from 3 – 10 rooms (full occupancy)
- Familiar with and proficient in guest-tracking software systems
- Experienced and creative cook
- Knowledgeable and experienced in caring for plants and animals (from horses and llamas to dogs and cats)
- Certified in food safety, first aid and CPR certifications
- PAII and IIN Interim Innkeeper certifications
- Trained at the Bed and Breakfast Institute of Learning, Napa, CA, 2005
While you are away from your business, you can relax knowing that I will host your B&B or inn with the utmost care and attention to details.
As your innsitter,
I will bring with me my enjoyment of meeting new people, visiting new places, and learning new things; my enthusiasm for food and cooking; the necessary adaptability to work in a range of different inn styles and settings; and a sensitivity to managing your existing staff.

During our 35-year marriage, my husband’s career in animal nutrition has taken us to three continents and my career in even more directions. I began life as a new graduate in the publishing industry in London but have since marketed appliances in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, publicized books in Oxford, England, been a fundraiser and, for the past decade, worked as a research administrator in DeKalb, Illinois.
I was drawn to the interim innkeeping profession in part by the wonderful innkeepers whose B & Bs and small inns we have visited over the years. Two particular role models are Wendy Tamiso, who owns The Candlelight Inn in Napa, CA., and Rosalie Hope who owns Casa de Los Amigos in La Penita Mexico, both of whom practice “extreme hospitality”.
